    These are our top tips for you to make you exhibiting experience the best it can possibly be!

    Please note that many of these tips refer the the Exhibitor Portal which is NOT YET AVAILABLE. You will receive log in details towards the end of January once the portal is open. Once received, complete your profile with your logo, description, product details and start to connect with customers before the show.

  • What do you want to get out of the show?

    Whether it's building brand awareness, closing sales or reaching for lead targets, it's all easier to achieve if you start with the right objectives in mind.

    By defining your goals and your budget from the outset, you can decide where best to allocate your time and resources for a productive and rewarding event experience.

    As part of your Exhibitor Package, you have the opportunity to create an online company profile on the event website.

    Make use of it and fully complete your company description and details of your products to help visitors decide to put you on their “must-see” list. You can access and amend your Company Profile via the Exhibitor Portal.

    Social media is a great way to engage easily, instantly and cost-effectively with customers, prospects, industry experts, press and associations to build networks and awareness.

    Make sure that you add your social media links to your Company Profile so that visitors can join your networks and see what your brand is all about.

  • COMING SOON - download and personalise official RetailEXPO banners, logos and email signatures from our marketing materials, which you can personalise with your logo, booth number and whatever message you wish.

    What's more, you can book meetings in advance with your key clients and prospective visitors on site.

    No doubt you'll be planning your own PR campaign around your participation to gain important exposure in key industry publications before, during and after the show.

    But remember to share your news and plans for RetailEXPO with our PR team too! That way, we can highlight these in our own PR and media campaign and to potential visitors.

  • Do all your stand staff know the objectives for the event? Make sure your team are fully briefed on what visitors will want from your company, so that they can provide the best service possible.

    It's a good idea to create a schedule allowing for breaks and for the stand to be fully staffed at all times - your visitors will get a lot more out of a well-informed, refreshed and organised team!
