Tom has been working with companies on strategy and sustainability for the past 20 years. 

Tom set up and leads the Sustainable Business strategy at Farfetch - a cross-functional program of work that’s designed to help the company grow whilst also delivering tangible social and environmental impact. The work ranges from driving innovation in new circular business models, inspiring and engaging our consumers and partners to buy-better products, and improving the carbon and waste impacts in our supply chain.

Before Farfetch, Tom held senior sustainability roles at Kimberly Clark, Innocent, and (prior to joining the corporate world), Forum for the Future and The Institute for Sustainable Futures (in Australia) – the later both sustainable development charities providing strategic advice to business. 

Before specialising in sustainabilty Tom spent 3 years as a strategy consultant at Gemini Consulting – a management consultancy based in London.
