Peter is the Head of Sustainability Policy at the British Retail Consortium (BRC), the trade association for retailers, and is responsible for the development and delivery of the retail industry's sustainable and ethical trade policies, including the Better Retail Better World campaign.
Prior to joining the BRC Peter worked at the representative body of UK food and drink manufacturers, FDF. He studied geography at Southampton University and has gone on to post-graduate studies on sustainability. He is also a Trustee of charity Focus on Labour Exploitation (FLEX).
